I came to know about Andrea Albright’s My Bikini Butt about four months ago through my blog readers who were emailing me to ask for my opinion on it. After many requests for me to write a “My Bikini Butt Review“, I decided to get Andrea Albright’s  My Bikini Butt program from their official website here. In order to be able to write a fair review of Andrea Albright’s My Bikini Butt program, I tried it for about 3 months before writing this review which you all requested for. So what do I think of this program?

My Bikini Butt IS designed to fit into our real life with real results, accomplished over time through our body’s natural processes. I really feel that this program is actually a lifestyle, not like other diet and exercise programs. I had no problem staying motivated with My Bikini Butt and I’ve never felt lazy to do the workouts as they are very simple, fun and quick.  I HATE to count calories and with Andrea’s diet plan, I DO NOT have to go through the trouble of counting calories. I also like how I am still able to enjoy my favorite food, without having to cut them out or restrict calories.

Probably the biggest “red flag” for any workout or diet program is the promise that you will drop a ridiculously large amount of weight in a ridiculously short amount of time. However, Andrea Albright doesn’t make these kinds of pie-in-the-sky promises with My Bikini Butt program, because it’s a real health and fitness program rather than a money grubbing scam. This program isn’t designed to get you into a swimsuit for your vacation next week. It definitely won’t help you to drop 10pounds in a week.  Sorry, if that’s what you’re after, you just should have started earlier.
