How to get a good bikini body? That’s the question I’ve been receiving from most of the emails I receive daily. I’ve also been receiving alot of emails asking me for my exact methods to successfully lose 50 Pounds and get a bikini body in six months. Questions on motivation, exercises, and etc. If you are a new reader and don’t know who I am, you can read my story here – How I Got Back My Bikini Body.
So I am going to share my bikini body tips in this article in which I hope will answer your questions and share with you exactly how to get that beach body that you want.
How To Get A Good Bikini Body;
Barbara’s 8 Bikini Body Hacks
1) Water, water & water! I can’t say it enough — DRINK A LOT OF WATER! Water should be your new best friend if you really want to shed off those fats and get a toned bikini body. Want to know why? Read this article. Drink at least half gallon, if possible aim for 1 gallon. Add in fresh herbs and fruit to spice it up!
2) Stop drinking Alcohol. Sorry to burst your bubble, but the alcoholic drinks have to be avoided! Alcohol lowers your metabolism and leads to bloating in your tummy. Can’t resist the temptation? Ask yourself whether you want a hot bikini body or those alcohol? Cut the alcohol – you can do it!
3) Don’t Count Calories. This will only stress you up. If you follow my bikini diet plan, counting calories is NOT mandatory.Barbara’s Bikini Body Diet Meal Plan is not a diet, it is a lifestyle and the right way to eat without having to count calories!
4) Cut back on processed food and ready-made meals. With my meal plan, I advice you to prepare home-cooked food as often as possible using the guidelines in my ebook. 5) Awareness & The Weekly Treat. Allow yourself to have the occasional treat (cheat day). DO be aware of what you are eating. If you have a sudden craving, ask yourself this – Is it necessary? Is it healthy? Can you wait until your cheat day?
6) Patience. If you are still hungry after a meal, wait 20 minutes and see if you are still hungry.
7) Exercise. Exercise for at least 3x a week. Work your way up to 5-6 times a week. Prioritize strength-training over cardio. Want to know why? Read this article. 8) Experiment. Do not be afraid to experiment with your own body to see what works best for you. Ultimately, I encourage you to be a mad scientist about your own body – find your base formula and work the hell out of it! Model your formula after the tried and true techniques that can be found all over the internet. How To Get A Good Bikini Body Fast
The key to having a hot bikini body is by combining the right bikini body diet and exercise!
I have to let you know that DIET is very important! You can NEVER out-exercise a BAD DIET. You can be working out three times a day, spending hours and hours on that threadmill, but if you do not get your diet RIGHT, you will not be able to shed off those fats and get a toned bikini body.
