Boob Exercises You Should Do To Give Your Breasts A Lift

This workout definitely isn’t here to change the size of your cup from A to B or larger. It is worth doing to get that extra, natural way to emphasise your boobs. Most women rarely train their chest as they think it is not necessary. However, those who don’t are missing out. Read on and follow these exercises to gain a perkier chest area.

If you work the varying chest muscles from a variety of angles with a sufficient weight, these muscles are able to grow stronger and bigger. This adds to the shape of your boobs naturally!

KEY TIPS:

  1. Select dumbbells that are substantial enough to feel as though you could only do 1 – 2 more repetitions in each set. Working out with a heavier weight ensures your muscles are challenged enough to induce growth.
  2. Complete the following exercise routine 2 – 3 times a week to gain optimal results.
  3. Continue to increase weight as each exercise becomes easier to allow for further muscle growth and a natural shape to your boobs.
  4. Please note, this will not make you bulky – women do not have enough of the hormone testosterone to do so!

Superset one and two consist of two different exercises each. Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise in superset one (A and B), rest for 90 seconds. Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise in superset two (C and D), rest for 90 seconds. Repeat each superset two times, so each exercise is completed twice.

BOOBS EXERCISE SUPERSET ONE

  • SWISS BALL DUMBBELL PRESS

  1. With a dumbbell in each hand, lie face-up with your upper back resting on a medium to large sized Swiss ball (Exercise ball) and arms straight up in the air
  2. Lower dumbbells to the sides of your chest
  3. Press dumbbells up to the roof back to the initial position.
  • INCLINE PUSH-UP

  1. Start with hands on bench with arms straightened out, body stretched out, hands just outside shoulder width, feet close together.
  2. Lower chest until it almost touches the bench. Keep the top of your rms at a 45-degree angle
  3. Pause, and then push up to the initial position.

BREAST EXERCISES AT HOME SUPERSET TWO

  • DUMBBELL FLY

  1. On a bench lie face-up with feet level on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand in line with your shoulders with a slight elbow bend
  3. Keep the slight elbow bend. Lower the dumbbells out to the side until your elbows are in line with your chest.
  4. Keep the same bend in your elbows; press the weights back up towards each other.
  • INCLINE DUMBBELL BENCH PRESSdumbbell fly for women
  1. Sit on an adjustable bench with feet flat on the floor. Set bench to a low incline (about 15 to 30 degrees).
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand above your shoulders, arms straight
  3. Slowly lower dumbbells to the side of your chest
  4. Pause, then press dumbbells back up toward the roof.

Do the exercises above 2-3times a week with this butt exercise plan and I can guarantee that you’ll have a smoking bikini body soon!
