So make sure you buy clothes that flatter your shape, fit right and make you feel good. You can look fabulous at any size, as long as you buy clothes that sit right on your body. It doesn’t matter how big or small you are.

The right cut will look amazing on anyone. Add some bright colors to your wardrobe, colors that make you smile. You’ll see that people will notice. And who knows, you might even get a second glance from that cute guy that works at the bookstore.

Being healthy starts on the inside. By loving ourselves first, the rest will follow. As soon as you realize your body is a machine that needs certain foods and lots of water to function, you’ll start treating it better.
